Many events happened in 2020, but almost all of them told us to cherish the people around us, cherish the good times, and cherish the things we are doing.
Renew and Upgrade
Q: Why did we choose to start this company?
A: The state of the relocation industry at the time could be summarized in four words: small, scattered, chaotic, and poor.
The service process was disorganized and unstandardized, giving clients unnecessary amounts of stress both before and after moving.
If foreign companies could solve this, why can’t we? Refusing to admit defeat and be outcompeted by international companies, our founder was motivated to learn more about the relocation industry. She wanted to ease the pain of Chinese consumers, help relocation workers gain recognition, and act as a model for Chinese relocation brands.
Our founder began to actively participate in relocation industry association meetings in the United States, fully dedicating herself towards understanding the field. Through this, she discovered that China had a huge market potential.
We aspire to become a high-quality relocation company, to break the monopolization of the high-end relocation market by foreign companies, and to become a national and global brand that offers premium and comprehensive services – a service enterprise that is worthy of respect.
Q: Does the logo have any meaning?
A: The red circle represents our customers’ selection of us. We hope to provide our clients with a professional, considerate, and flexible moving experience through our services.
Over the past 15 years, SAE Relocation has served hundreds and thousands of enterprises and families, constantly enhancing our service experience. Through years of toil and innovation, we have grown from an enterprise serving only expatriate families to a global brand service provider and partner of Fortune 500 companies.
Q: Why did we suddenly decide to update our logo?
A: Branding is more than just a logo.
Xiaomi updated its logo yesterday, setting off a heated wave of online discussion. Practically everyone associated it with a characteristic of the brand after seeing it, such as sky-high prices and technological masterpieces. It was like looking at Cattelan’s banana, except one is considered modern art while the other is a design that requires rational problem-solving. With these associative tags, Xiaomi’s logo naturally became a hot news item.
However, a brand’s updated logo is not just a logo. It also marks a new beginning.
At SAE Relocation, we did not just update our logo and brand name. We also hope to expand upon traditional moving techniques with our higher quality, flexible, and comprehensive relocation management services and continuously improve the quality of our services to give back to our faithful customers.
Q: What is the “N+1” model? How is it different from traditional moving?
A: A corporate client can have various needs that arise from moving, such as project management, asset inventory checks, document management, furniture recycling, air conditioning, and deep cleaning. A private client can also have similar needs as a result of a move.
Our name change from SAE Asia to SAE Relocation is also centered around this. We are a partner that provides high-quality, comprehensive moving services for both businesses and private individuals.
The “N+1” model can help our customers overcome many of the problems they encounter during the moving process. Relocation is a life event that should not be stressful and exhausting. At SAE Relocation, we hope to provide a unique, comprehensive, and thorough moving experience that is tailored to our clients’ every need.
Q: What is the future brand vision of SAE Relocation?
A: Through continuously meeting the customized relocation needs of enterprises and individuals, SAE Relocation hopes to create a new service standard that enhances customers’ perception of the traditional relocation service industry.
Q: One last question – what would you like to say to your customers?
A: In the next 10 years, with the upgrading of consumption, the rapid rise of domestic enterprises, and the changing landscape of international commercial strategies, SAE Relocation believes that the moving industry will face both huge challenges and opportunities.
SAE Relocation will always adhere to higher-than-international standards, taking integrity as the cornerstone, reputation as the support, and customers as the fundamental starting point to provide the most intimate and high-quality services to each customer.
We firmly believe that SAE Relocation will become a high-quality, comprehensive moving service provider belonging to both China and the world and become the mainstay of the international relocation industry.
