Payment Terms

Our payment invoice should be fully paid the latest on the first moving day, at the beginning of the move.
Should additional fees or refunds be required, they will then be dealt with separately and before the delivery.

A contract should be signed with a company registered in China for Payment Terms to be granted.
Otherwise, the same terms as for Private Paid Moves will apply.

Our payment invoice should be fully paid before the beginning of the upcoming period of storage.

Our payment invoice should be fully paid before the service starts.
Should additional fees or refunds be required, they will then be dealt with separately and before the service is completed.

A contract should be signed with a company registered in China for Payment Terms to be granted.
Otherwise, the same terms as for Private Paid Pet Relocations will apply.

  • – Rescheduling or cancelling a reservation the day before the first moving day:
    • – before 4pm: rescheduling/cancellation fee of RMB 800.00 will incur
    • – after 4pm: rescheduling/cancellation fee of RMB 1,500.00 will incur
  • – Rescheduling or cancelling a reservation on the moving day will incur a RMB 2,000.00 rescheduling/cancellation fee.
